REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

  • This teaching program is entirely organized and conducted by Learners Cortex® and the company is solely responsible for the course delivery.
  • Attendance for courses/programs is compulsory. Each student is expected to keep atleast 75% of attendance, any student registers below 75% attendance his or her report shall be forwarded to the university.
  • We are not responsible for score guarantee or effective use of program if a student does not participate in the program entirely or partially. No course repetition will be planned if a student found to have missed the program/classes.
  • No money will be refunded after completing two classes in our program or beginning to use of study materials/online resources. No refund will be made if the student has completed 4 hours of classes. No refund if the online portal has been activated.
  • We are not responsible for postponement/cancellation/change in time schedule of our classes if the participating university/college management decides to do so.
  • The teaching program at university/college is expected to complete before end semester examination and we recommend students to plan accordingly for taking test
  • If a student is registered for a course at current semester, however wants to delay his/her training program to ensuing semester, he or she needs to submit a request letter to the management for change of program. The management shall take decision as per the advice of university. Similarly, we do not entertain any request to change the venue of program anywhere outside the university.
  • None of our education partners/affiliates are responsible for conducting the program/admission services at participating universities and in our own learning centres/admission offices.
  • We have no authority at controlling our partners’ services and we are not responsible if our partners' services become non-functional or expired. We are also not liable for extensions of our partners' services if students had not utilized them properly.
  • Any misconduct/malpractice/loss or damage of property by students during our training program, the concerned students shall be held to the rules and regulation of participating university.
  • The student is responsible for ensuring accuracy of information on all forms and correspondence with the Company and Universities/Colleges shall be applied only through the Company.
  • The Student agrees to be contacted by the company, its subsidiary companies and partner Universities/Colleges for admission purposes. The company is not responsible if student is ignoring or being negligent towards any of these institutions.
  • The Student promises to adhere to academic honesty and agrees to conduct him/herself ethically and professionally in all dealings with the Company. If company finds any malpractices including mutilation or preparing forged academic documents, it shall cancel all applications to the universities and no refund will be made at any cost.
  • The Student agrees to honor all deadlines provided by the Company relating to the admission process. Any delay at submitting required documents by the student is considered as act of negligence.
  • The Company will handle applications on behalf of the student prior to and after submission to the Universities/Colleges. This includes, but is not limited to, application verification, ensuring the submission of required documentation, maintaining communication with the Universities regarding application status, informing the student about the progress as required.
  • The Company does not guarantee admission into Universities/Colleges and cannot influence the decision in any manner; Admission decisions are made by the respective Universities/Colleges' admissions offices and are based upon numerous factors including but not limited to academic performance, test scores, professional experience and other documents as required by the respective Universities/Colleges.
  • The student agrees not to engage in forgery, plagiarism or misrepresentation of documents which includes but is not limited to essays, letters of recommendation, academic records, resumes and financial documentation. Failure of the above will lead to termination of services by the Company and no refund will be made at any cost.
  • The company reserves the right to limit the number of universities in the shortlist based on the students' academic eligibility and the student cannot change shortlisted universities after accepting the list from the company.
  • The student will be responsible for expenses required for application purposes which includes but not limited to application fees, courier charges and transcript evaluation charges.
  • This agreement is valid for one year only and is non-transferrable. The amount paid for Admission and Counseling services is non-refundable. No money will be refunded if he student withdraw after completion of University Shortlist. Refund procedures before the commencement of University/College shortlist rests with the company.
  • In case of any disputes arising under this agreement or in connection with the agreement, they shall be disputed at Chennai Jurisdiction only.
